Erin consistently goes above and beyond, making sure to give extra care to the clients and making sure all details are correct. With over 15 years in the customer service industry, previously working for a financial team at MassMutual for 5 years, Erin is well versed in working with advisors, scheduling and assisting clients, and making and managing relationships along the way.

Erin personally enjoys taking care of clients with any item, no matter how small or big that is. She likes going for bike rides with her 9-year-old son and doing outdoor activities in Minnesota, like going to carnivals, apple orchards, and pumpkin patches in the fall.
